registration fee and deadlines

As you know, we do not have enough funds to finance transportation and field trips so far, and some of the participants have suggested that we organize transportation from Campo Grande to Corumbá, as flights and buses are expensive and with complicated logistics. So, we have four kinds of registration:

(1) with transportation and field travel,

(2) without transportation but including field trip,

(3) including transportation but no field trip,

(4) without any transportation or field trip.

It is important to emphasize that the transportation from Campo Grande to Corumbá and from Corumbá to Campo Grande will occur on the day before the fieldtrip, that will be held on June, 23,  and in day after the workshop, so people must be in Campo Grande by 14:00 (PM) on June, 22, to take the bus/van to go to Corumbá.

Registration fees until May, 15^th 2012:

(1) Complete registration – R$ 300,00 (165 US dollars)

(2) Registration without transportation and with field trip R$ 150,00 ($82 US dollars)

(3) Registration with transportation and without field trip R$ 200,00 ($110 US dollars)

(4) Registration without both field trip and transportation R$ 50,00 ($28 US dollars)

Registration fees after May, 15^th 2012:

(1) Complete registration – R$ 350,00 ($193 US dollars)

(2) Registration with transportation and without field trip R$ 250,00 ($137 US dollars)

(3) Registration without transportation and with field R$ 200,00 ($110 US dollars)

(4) Registration without both field trip and transportation R$ 80,00 ($44 US dollars)

La cuota de inscripción y los plazos:

Como ustedes saben, no tenemos fondos suficientes para financiar el transporte y las viajes de estudio hasta el momento, y algunos de los participantes han sugerido que organizar un traslado desde Campo Grande a Corumbá, como los vuelos y los autobuses son caros y con logística complicada. Así pues, tenemos cuatro tipos de registro: 


(1) con los viajes de transporte y de campo, 
(2) incluido el transporte, pero no viaje de campo,
(3) sin transporte, pero incluyendo viaje de campo, y 
(4) sin cualquier viaje de transporte o en el campo.

Es importante destacar que el transporte desde Campo Grande hasta Corumbá y desde Corumbá a Campo Grande se producirá en el día antes de la viaje de campo, que sera en el dia 23, y en el día después del taller, por lo que la gente debe estar en Campo Grande a las 14:00 (PM) de junio, 22, para tomar el bus / van a ir a Corumbá.

Inscripciones hasta mayo, 15 de 2012:

(1) registro completo - R$ 300,00 (US$ 160,00)

(2) Inscripción con el transporte y sin viaje de R$ 200,00 (US$ 110,00)

(3) Registro sin transporte y con el viaje de R$ 150,00 (US$ 80,00)

(4) Registro sin salida de campo y el transporte tanto de R$ 50,00 (US$ 30,00)

Inscripciones desde 15 de Mayo 2012:

(3) Registro sin transporte y con el campo de R$ 200,00 (US$ 110,00)
